The MoU signed between the Iranian Minister of Petroleum, Javad Owji, and Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Minister, Felix Plasencia Gonzalez, and in the presence of Iran’s President, Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, focused on different fields of technical services, technology transfer, educational services, training human resources and cooperation in the development of petrochemical industry.
President Raisi, presided over a delegation, arrived in Doha on Monday and attended the 6th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of Member Countries of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) on Tuesday.
Tehran and Qatar signed 14 cooperation documents on Monday in the presence of the Iranian president and the Emir of Qatar.
