According to the Iranian Parliament's website, Kardor said one of the two companies will form a consortium with a domestic companies to sign the deal with NIOC.
He also said that the contract for developing Changouleh Oilfield will most probably be ready for signature by the end of the current Iranian calendar year to March 20.
"Three companies have indicated readiness to develop the field and the contract for developing Band Karkheh Oilfield will be probably ready by the [calendar] yearend," the NIOC CEO said.
